The Merrion, one of Dublin’s finest luxury hotels, is recruiting for a Guest Relations Executive. This role offers an opportunity to join a five-star team delivering exceptional hospitality and guest experiences.

You will greet VIP guests, respond to feedback, assist operations, and promote the Leaders Club loyalty program, while upholding LQA standards on property and supporting colleagues across departments.

The Role

We are looking for a service driven individual to join our five star Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to either begin or continue your career in one of the Leading Hotels of the World. Working with a professional and welcoming Team you will be part of creating Merrion Moments for our guests and colleagues with your main duties including:

• Greet, Welcome and assist VIP Guests
• Respond to Guest Feedback and action accordingly
• Assist Operations Departments
• Manager on Duty Responsibilities
• Work with HOD's to promote LQA standards on property
• Promote guest enrolment in Leaders Club loyalty program
