Job summary

Rapport Guest Services in Dublin is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to lead a high-performing team within a prestigious law firm environment. The role focuses on delivering outstanding client service, supporting the Guest Services Manager, and ensuring premium hospitality standards across meetings and events.

You will drive guest satisfaction, monitor KPIs, coach staff, and participate in recruitment and onboarding to foster growth and excellence within the team.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a similar guest services or supervisory role is preferred.
• Knowledge of HR and recruitment procedures and best practices.
• Strong leadership and team development mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to influence positive outcomes and provide guidance.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of high-quality client services and maintain operational standards.
• Assist Guest Services Manager in day-to-day site operations.
• Oversee meeting room setups, hospitality and catering to premium standards.
• Track KPIs and share guest satisfaction trends and efficiency metrics.
• Hold regular check-ins with team and provide ongoing guidance.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve guest issues quickly.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding, and contribute to development reviews.
• Coach and motivate the team to build skills, confidence, and consistency.
