Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is inviting applications for a Reservations Agent to join our team in Ireland. You will manage guests' bookings, provide pricing information, and help guests choose the right options across our properties.

With a focus on excellent service, you will upsell hotel experiences and collaborate with colleagues to meet guest expectations before arrival, contributing to a welcoming guest journey across our portfolio.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Capability to remain calm and perform well under pressure.
• Experience in a 3/4-star hotel is desired but not essential

Responsibilities

• Manage Guests' reservations, ensuring that their needs and wants are met to the highest standard.
• Give details of hotel facilities and pricing information.
• Upsell other areas of the hotel or other properties in the group.
• Ensure expectations are set correctly in advance of the guest’s stay.
