Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group in Ireland is seeking a proactive Guest Services Associate to manage guests’ reservations, ensuring needs are met to the highest standard. You will explain hotel facilities and pricing, and gently upsell other areas of the hotel or other properties within the group.

The role requires excellent customer service, the ability to work independently, outstanding communication, and calm performance under pressure.
