Job summary

O'Callaghan Collection in Dublin seeks a hands-on Front Office supervisor/manager to lead on the floor, deliver exceptional guest service and drive daily operations across our luxury hotels in the heart of the city.

You will mentor the team, uphold 4-star and luxury standards, write schedules, resolve guest issues quickly, communicate clearly with guests and colleagues, and motivate staff with coaching and a service-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years front office supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Completed Hospitality/Travel/Tourism qualification at Diploma level.
• Excellent communication in English and people management experience.
• Ability to develop team members and work in a team environment.
• Experience and success in managing projects or strategic change in the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor as a hands-on operator.
• Inspire and coach the team to deliver luxury guest experiences.
• Maintain high 4-star and luxury hospitality standards.
• Influence and gain buy-in for service initiatives and changes.
