O'Callaghan Collection in Dublin city centre seeks an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead and develop the hotel housekeeping team, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

You will coordinate with front desk and maintenance, implement standards, and drive eco-friendly practices while managing budgets and schedules. Join our design-led luxury portfolio across four Dublin hotels and deliver memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years at manager level in a busy hotel.
• Excellent guest service and strong people skills.
• Excellent attention to detail in delivering customer care.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willing to work early starts, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and schedule housekeeping staff while maintaining standards.
• Oversee inventory and supplies and manage budgets for cleaning materials.
• Maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards and conduct regular inspections.
• Coordinate with front desk and maintenance for seamless guest experiences.
• Develop and enforce housekeeping procedures, safety and eco-friendly practices.
• Prepare reports on housekeeping activities and staff performance.
