Role involves serving food and beverages, maintaining high standards of service, and contributing to a safe, efficient dining environment. Flexibility with shifts and a proactive, customer-first attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food and beverage/hospitality service.
• Excellent guest service and people skills.
• Strong attention to detail in customer care.
• Able to work in a team and on own initiative.
• Available for early starts, late finishes, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve a variety of food and beverages, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Provide exceptional customer service and engage with patrons.
• Keep the food and beverage area clean, sanitized and organized.
• Monitor and manage bar inventory and stock levels.
• Follow safety protocols and legal alcohol service regulations.
