You will role-model professional presentation and manage a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role requires hospitality or large reception experience, people management skills, and outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience in hospitality, large reception or retail settings.
• People management experience essential.
• Strong customer service background in a fast paced environment.
• Fluent English, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily Guest Services operations including lobby and reception.
• Ensure team knowledge of local events and areas to assist guests.
• Book training and maintain high service standards across shifts.
• Manage scheduling and coverage, track data and report findings.
• Maintain security and policy compliance with on-site security.
