Job summary

JLL is seeking a Guest Services Ambassador Team Lead to oversee reception and guest experience operations in our Leinster location. You will lead a team, ensure superb service, and coordinate with events and security teams to deliver a first-class guest experience.

Responsibilities include managing lobby and reception activities, training staff, registering visitors, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Hospitality/Retail/ Large Reception experience
• People management experience essential
• Strong Customer service background in a fast paced environment
• Intermediate-advanced IT skills (G-mail and Google docs preferred but not essential)
• Fluent English essential

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for day-to-day guest services operations including lobby and reception desks.
• Ensure GSAs are cross trained and flexible to cover daily tasks.
• Pre-register and check-in external visitors per global/regional processes.
• Plan and manage team scheduling and holiday/absence.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
• Adhere to security policies and coordinate with on-site security.
