Job summary

Zendesk, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for a 6 month fixed-term contract in Dublin, Ireland. The role involves end-to-end recruitment across GTM functions in the EMEA region, partnering with leaders and stakeholders to build high-performing teams.

You will own the recruitment process from initial contact to offer, develop sourcing strategies, and help attract diverse talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven experience in talent acquisition delivering on AE/Sales hiring.
• Experience developing direct effective sourcing strategies to build pipelines for top candidates across all areas of the organisation.
• A good knowledge of the market for all levels of talent across Sales and GTM is essential.
• A positive, resourceful, and motivated attitude with the ability to work creatively and calmly under pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, while delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise and manage a diverse range of requisitions and projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.
• Partnering with stakeholders across internal organisations to provide exceptional recruiting support and advice throughout the entire hiring process.
• Owning and managing the recruitment process from initial candidate contact to offer, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
• Plan for and execute recruiting and pipelining goals - short and mid-term with guidance from management.
• Maintaining data accuracy in our recruitment ATS (Workday) and database, and tracking and analysing statistical recruiting data and insights to drive conversations with hiring teams.
• Be passionate about and have experience with attracting and hiring diverse talent across EMEA.
• Utilizing our ATS, social media, Linkedin and out of the box thinking to source top talent candidates across EMEA.
• Ensuring the quality and consistency of our recruiting process by conducting skills training for managers where needed.
• Advocating an exceptional candidate experience that emphasizes transparency, empathy, and fairness from start to finish.
• Lean in to support other regions with Talent Acquisition when needed.
