Job summary

Coupa Software Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of FP&A to join the Go-to-Market finance team, reporting to the Director of GTM Finance. This high-visibility role partners with Sales leadership, delivering precise analysis in a private equity-backed environment.

You will drive financial strategy, provide actionable insights, and respond to executive inquiries with speed and accuracy. The role requires 8+ years in FP&A, strong modeling, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
8+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in GTM or Sales for SaaS/enterprise software.
Experience in fast-paced, private equity-backed environments and strong modeling skills.

Responsibilities

Act as strategic financial advisor to GTM leadership with data-driven insights.
Lead annual planning, long-range planning and forecasts for GTM.
Develop sophisticated financial models for ad hoc analyses and strategic initiatives.
Prepare and present reporting packages for senior leadership and private equity sponsors.
Analyze GTM metrics: ACV, pipeline, sales productivity, renewals, and retention.
Collaborate with GTM ops on headcount, quotas, and compensation to optimize resources.
Support board-level presentations summarizing performance and drivers.
