Job summary

A global market leader in finance is seeking a Senior FP&A professional to lead a multinational finance team and modernise the FP&A function. You will be responsible for driving high-impact planning and decision-making, supporting the CFO in strategic financial matters, and overseeing regional cash-flow forecasting. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in FP&A roles, proven leadership skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. This is a fully remote role with opportunities for European travel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or strategic finance roles.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive transformation.
• Experience in managing treasury and cash-flow forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget, quarterly forecast, and long-term financial planning for Europe.
• Support CFO with business cases and financial recommendations.
• Build relationships with regional business partners and European SLT.
