Job summary

beqom, a fast-growth B2B SaaS company, is seeking an FP&A Business Partner to own forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis across Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Success, Product and G&A.

You will own our rolling forecast, the annual strategic budget, the monthly forecasting and operations review cycle and regular Board reporting covering SaaS metrics, headcount, EBITDA and cash planning.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with senior FP&A experience in SaaS or recurring-revenue tech.
• Experience owning rolling forecasts, budgets and integrated models.
• Strong communication and credibility with C-level partners.
• Hands-on AI adoption in day-to-day finance work.

Responsibilities

• Own the rolling forecast, annual budget and long-range plan.
• Analyse core SaaS metrics and translate movements into actionable insight.
• Lead headcount planning and cash impact analysis.
• Forecast and analyse P&L down to EBITDA and cash.
• Partner with executives and prepare board-ready reporting.
