Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the GTM FP&A team. You will drive financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business partnering to inform leadership decisions and resource planning.

The role requires an adaptable, self‑starter who communicates clearly with stakeholders across the organization. The position is hybrid, based in Dublin or Cork with two days per week in the office, and reports to NYC management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, business, or economics.
• 3–5 years of FP&A or analytical experience.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and budgeting tools.
• Ability to analyze data, derive actionable recommendations.
• Strong relationship-building with partners at all levels; tech background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM teams to understand drivers and align with company objectives.
• Build and maintain financial and operating models including headcount planning and resource optimization.
• Conduct ad‑hoc analyses and develop recommendations for efficient operating strategies and investments in GTM initiatives.
• Support month‑end close activities, headcount reconciliations, accrual reviews, and budget vs. actuals analyses.
• Improve and automate reports and streamline processes across internal systems.
