Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to grow our GTM FP&A team in a hybrid Dublin or Cork office two days per week, reporting to NYC management.

You will partner with Sales Development, Enablement, Ops and Leadership to build models, forecast headcount, and drive strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years FP&A, strong Excel and financial modeling skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or economics.
• 3-5 years of FP&A or analytical experience.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and Google Suite; SQL a plus.
• Ability to analyze data, draw actionable recommendations, and partner with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM teams to drive planning and resource optimization.
• Build and maintain financial and operating models for budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to guide strategic investments.
• Support month-end close activities and variance analysis.
• Improve reporting processes and leverage internal systems.
