Job summary

Otonomee is seeking a Business Development Director to drive growth from new business in Ireland, the UK, and Nordics, with potential to expand into EMEA. This is a hunter role requiring build-and-close of high-value, consultative deals, supported by the CCO and leadership.

Based in the Dublin region, the role is fully remote in Ireland. You will own the sales cycle, develop a strong pipeline, engage with senior stakeholders, and collaborate across teams to tailor BPO solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in new business sales, ideally in BPO, outsourcing, or related services.
• Track record of winning complex, high-value deals in a consultative sales environment.
• Experience selling to C-suite executives in functions like Customer Support, Operations or HR is an advantage.
• Experience in B2B Enterprise selling and building a pipeline from prospecting to close.
• Self-starter with the discipline to manage your own pipeline and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Drive new client acquisition, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of opportunities through strategic outreach.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to understand needs and shape tailored BPO solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations to tailor solutions.
• Share market insights to shape positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
