This hands-on role combines campaign execution, data management, and cross-functional coordination across product, sales, and customer success. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient with CRM and marketing automation, and comfortable building email workflows, webinars, and lifecycle programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS, tech startups, or enterprise software environments.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Experience managing email marketing, outbound, or lifecycle campaigns.
• Strong project and process management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable working with data, campaign metrics, and performance feedback.
• Able to work independently while coordinating effectively across multiple teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize outbound and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
• Maintain accurate and well-organized marketing and customer data.
• Build, test, monitor, and improve email campaigns and workflows.
• Coordinate content, product communications, and feature launches across teams.
