Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking an Ad Sales Account Manager to grow a portfolio of SMB advertisers through consultative selling and disciplined account management. You will advise advertisers on campaign optimization and data-driven recommendations to achieve business outcomes.

The role requires strong communication, target-driven performance, and comfort with outbound activity in a fast-paced environment. 12-month FTC, on-site in Dublin.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales or account management.
• Outbound calling or proactive customer contact.
• Experience in digital advertising, media sales, SaaS, or platform-based environments.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) - C1 level.
• Fluent in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or Finnish - C1 level.
• Completed High School Diploma (Irish Leaving cert or equivalent).
• Strong verbal and written communication with high emotional intelligence.
• Comfortable working to targets in a performance-driven environment.

Responsabilités

• Act as first point of contact in the sales and account management process.
• Manage a portfolio of SMB advertisers with revenue growth and retention responsibility.
• Engage clients via warm outbound calls, email, and follow-ups (40-50 calls/day).
• Qualify inbound/outbound leads and progress opportunities through the funnel.
• Identify advertiser needs and recommend products and solutions.
• Support advertisers through consultation, education, and campaign optimization.
