Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking an Ad Sales Account Manager to grow a portfolio of SMB advertisers through consultative selling and disciplined account management. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients with campaign optimization and data-driven recommendations.

The role requires outbound activity, strong communication, and comfort in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Fully onsite in Dublin with a 12-month FTC contract.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in inside sales, account management, or customer engagement.
• Experience with outbound calling or proactive customer contact.
• Experience in digital advertising, media sales, SaaS, or platform-based environments.
• Fluent English & German (spoken and written) - C1 level.
• Completed High School Diploma (Irish Leaving cert or equivalent).
• Strong verbal and written communication with high EI.
• Comfortable working to targets in a performance-driven environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact in the sales and account management process.
• Manage a portfolio of SMB advertisers with revenue growth and retention.
• Engage clients via warm outbound calls, email, and follow-ups (40–50 calls/day).
• Qualify inbound/outbound leads and progress opportunities through the funnel.
• Identify advertiser needs and recommend advertising products and solutions.
• Support advertisers through consultation, campaign optimization, and reviews.
• Maintain a structured pipeline within CRM.
• Meet daily and weekly activity targets; adhere to SLA standards.
• Document interactions and opportunities; contribute to forecast accuracy.
• Deliver high-quality customer interactions across calls and written comms.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
• Elevate recurring issues to team leadership; act as brand advocate.
