The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, client engagement and business development, working across delivery, account management, product and architecture to grow key relationships and drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology experience with 10+ years in Ireland.
• Strong track record delivering large-scale technology programmes.
• Hands-on leadership across delivery, account management, product, architecture, and engineering.
• Experience in Banking/Financial Services, digital or mobile banking.
• Knowledge of PSD2, GDPR, PCI-DSS compliance.
• Experience with cloud/serverless architectures.
• Proven business development and pre-sales experience.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology programmes.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
• Partner with account and commercial teams for growth.
• Contribute to pre-sales: proposals, roadmaps, SOWs.
• Set expectations with governance and leadership.
• Build relationships across engineering, architecture, product, design.
• Lead multiple workstreams: planning, resourcing, financials.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Coach and develop senior professionals, building teams.
