TikTok Inc. is seeking a highly commercial role focused on merchant acquisition, onboarding and growth for TikTok Shop in Dublin. You will identify high-potential merchants, engage with ecommerce leaders and founders, and build the foundations for scaling their business on our global platform.

You will own activation and growth milestones, collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing, and use data to drive conversion, content optimization and GMV expansion across the merchant lifecycle.

Formación

• Experience in business development, sales, ecommerce, digital advertising, or commercially focused account management.
• Proven ability to acquire or grow customers while meeting measurable commercial targets.
• Strong commercial judgement to identify businesses with growth potential.
• Experience building relationships with customers and influencing commercial decision makers.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to prioritise opportunities, diagnose performance and recommend actions.
• Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset to move opportunities from idea through execution.
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to manage a pipeline and multiple merchant engagements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate across Sales, Account Management, Product, Marketing, Operations and other cross-functional teams.
• High oral and written fluency in English; Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Identify high-potential merchants and drive their onboarding and activation on TikTok Shop.
• Develop acquisition strategies by market opportunities and merchant segments.
• Own the merchant journey from engagement through onboarding to initial GMV growth.
• Incubate new merchants and drive content, advertising adoption, and GMV performance.
• Help merchants scale and graduate to Account Management with a growth plan.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless merchant journey and growth.
• Build scalable merchant programmes and repeatable playbooks from learnings across markets.
