Job summary

TikTok is seeking a dynamic Sales Team Lead to drive growth across the UKI market, leading a team of Account Managers and shaping the commercial strategy for TikTok Shop and related advertising solutions. You will own revenue growth, merchant activation, and adoption of Shop Ads and GMV Max, while collaborating with Product, Marketing and Operations to scale impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce, digital advertising or marketplaces with a track record of revenue growth.
• Proven ability to lead commercial teams and own revenue/growth targets.
• Strong data-driven mindset and ability to convert insights into actions.
• Experience developing market strategies and go-to-market plans.
• Comfort working with cross-functional partners to drive performance.
