Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Growth Activation Manager to accelerate TikTok Shop adoption and merchant growth across Europe. You will own merchant activation, onboarding and GMV growth, progressing high-potential merchants into Account Management for long-term partnerships.

Identify opportunities, build scalable activation programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn merchants into sustainable contributors to TikTok Shop's expansion.

Qualifications

• Experience acquiring or growing customers while meeting measurable targets.
• Strong commercial judgement with ability to spot growth potential.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and influence decision makers.
• Analytical skills to prioritise opportunities and diagnose performance.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and engage high-potential merchants for TikTok Shop.
• Own merchant activation from initial engagement through onboarding and activation.
• Create activation plans, remove barriers and establish foundations for growth.
• Incubate newly activated merchants and drive early GMV growth.
• Use data to improve content, advertising adoption, conversion and GMV.
• Graduate merchants into Account Management for long-term growth.
• Collaborate across Sales, Product, Marketing and Operations.
