Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Grower Account Executive on the EMEA Startups team to drive growth through account expansion and client retention. You will advise businesses on optimizing their operations with Stripe solutions and help them adopt Stripe's modern financial infrastructure.

You will manage a named list of existing accounts, collaborate with Product, Risk, and Operations, and develop programs that deepen product adoption while expanding partnerships.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a client-facing or closing sales role.
• Ability to understand complex technical ecosystems and manage complex sales cycles.
• High professional fluency in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and cultivate a named list of existing user accounts, expanding business and retaining clients.
• Understand users' pain points and Stripe's value for SaaS platform clients, proposing tailored solutions.
• Guide clients through evaluations of Stripe solutions with cross-functional teams to move projects forward.
• Develop strategic programs that deepen product adoption and maximize utilization across the user base.
• Foster executive relationships to drive retention and identify expansion opportunities.
