Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager or senior operations leader in hotels, hostels, or similar hospitality settings.
• Experience opening a new property is a strong advantage.
• Confident in managing P&L and overall commercial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-opening activities including procurement, mock-up rooms, kitchen and breakfast fitout, bar operations, PMS setup, fire safety, licensing and insurance.
• Recruit, hire, and train all departments; develop operating procedures and service standards.
• Manage day-to-day operations and drive guest experience to the brand's standards.
