We’re currently recruiting for an exciting General Manager opportunity with a new Hostel opening in Dublin, with an anticipated opening towards the end of 2026 / early 2027.

This is an opportunity to join the business ahead of opening and take ownership of the operation from the outset, helping to shape the guest experience, team, culture, and day-to-day standards of a brand-new property.

The venue will be a high-energy operation combining accommodation with a strong social and guest-focused offering. It will appeal to someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment where community, experience, commercial performance, and operational excellence all come together.

As General Manager, you’ll have overall responsibility for the successful launch and ongoing operation of the venue. You’ll be involved in the build-up to opening, establishing the team and operational standards, and ensuring the property delivers a consistently strong guest experience once live.

We’re looking for someone who is comfortable being hands‑on while also providing clear leadership across the wider operation. Commercial awareness will be important but you will have great financial and revenue support from head office.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re particularly interested in speaking with experienced General Managers who have operated a similar large-scale hostel, hybrid hospitality, or alternative accommodation business and will also consider someone who is an Operations or Deputy Manager within the hostel environment.
