Job summary

Axiom Hospitality is expanding with two brand-new hotels in Dublin, 2027. You will lead the pre-opening phase and drive operations across both properties to ensure a successful launch and continued strong performance.

As Cluster General Manager, you’ll build leadership teams, establish standards, and partner with Marriott and owners to deliver on-brand openings and exceptional guest experiences in a thriving Irish market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a General Manager within a branded environment, ideally with Marriott brands.
• Pre-opening and/or multi-property or cluster leadership experience.
• Strong food and beverage knowledge, with a track record of driving F&B performance and guest experience.
• Sound commercial acumen, confident with P&L, cost management and identifying revenue opportunities.
• People-first leadership style that builds culture from the top down and motivates teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop your leadership team across both hotels.
• Shape operating standards, systems and culture from day one.
• Drive the commercial launch with sales, revenue and marketing support.
• Work closely with Marriott and ownership partners to open on time and on brand.
• Take full P&L ownership for the cluster once open.
• Lead a strong F&B offer and guest experience that drives repeat visits.
