Windward Management Limited in Dublin invites an accomplished Regional General Manager to provide operational leadership across a 20+ hotel portfolio across Ireland. You will report to the Chief Operating Officer and partner with Hotel Managers to drive profitability, guest satisfaction and asset value.

The role demands a hands-on, commercially focused leader with a proven track record in P&L, multi-site management, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' senior operational experience in hospitality.
• Proven experience as General Manager, Regional Manager, Group General Manager or equivalent.
• Experience managing multiple hotel operations or a multi-site portfolio.
• Strong track record in P&L management, budgeting, forecasting and delivering financial results.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, Revenue, Sales, Marketing, Food & Beverage and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership across 20+ hotels throughout Ireland.
• Drive operational excellence, commercial performance, profitability and guest satisfaction across the portfolio.

Location: Windward Management Limited, 19/20 Fleet Street

Windward Management is seeking an experienced, commercially focused and highly personable Regional General Manager to provide operational leadership across our portfolio of 20+ hotels throughout Ireland.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the Regional General Manager will work closely with Hotel Managers to drive operational excellence, commercial performance, profitability and guest satisfaction across the portfolio.

The successful candidate will provide leadership, support and constructive challenge to Hotel Managers, ensuring that Group strategy is translated into clear operational objectives and measurable results. They will also develop strong relationships with hotel owners and key stakeholders and identify opportunities to improve hotel performance and asset value.

About The Role

Career Experience

• Minimum 10 years' senior operational experience within the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience as a General Manager, Regional Manager, Group General Manager or equivalent.
• Experience managing multiple hotel operations or a multi-site hospitality portfolio.
• Strong track record in P&L management, budgeting, forecasting and delivering financial results.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, Revenue, Sales, Marketing, Food & Beverage and guest experience.
• Proven experience working with hotel owners and key stakeholders.
• Experience in CAPEX, refurbishment, hotel openings or operational improvement would be advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of the Irish hotel market would be highly desirable.

Education / Qualifications

• 3rd level qualification in Hospitality, Business, Tourism or a related discipline.

• Legally entitled to work in Ireland.
• Full clean driving licence and access to own transport.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the island of Ireland.
