Axiom Hospitality is recruiting a Cluster General Manager to lead Courtyard by Marriott Dublin and Residence Inn Dublin through pre-opening in 2027 and into successful operation. You will build leadership across two hotels, shape operations, drive the launch with sales, revenue and marketing, work with Marriott and owners, and own P&L post-opening, delivering standout F&B and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of GM experience in branded environment (Marriott preferred).
• Pre-opening and/or multi-property leadership.
• Strong F&B knowledge with a track record.
• Sound commercial acumen with P&L and revenue opportunities.
• People-first leadership and culture building.
• Knowledge of Dublin/Irish hotel market.

Responsibilities

• Lead both hotels through pre-opening and operation.
• Build leadership, recruit and develop teams across two hotels.
• Shape day-one operations, standards and culture.
• Drive the commercial launch with sales, revenue and marketing.
• Collaborate with Marriott and owners to open on time and on brand.
• Take full P&L ownership post-opening and drive guest experience.
