Job summary

Huntress is seeking a Manager for the Security Operations Center (EMEA) to oversee a global 24/7 SOC, focusing on coordinating incident response, workflows, and analyst development. This remote Ireland role reports to the Director of SOC and guides analysts across multiple regions.

You will drive process optimization, training programs, and collaboration with Product and Support to advance security operations capabilities while maintaining global SLAs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Security Analyst experience in a global 24x7 SOC with focus on Windows forensics.
• 2+ years of team lead or managerial experience in a global operations center or IR role (MSSP/MDR experience preferred).
• Active involvement in the information security community (conferences, open projects).
• Continuous learning on threat actor tradecraft, detection techniques, and SOC concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve internal SOC processes, workflows and playbooks.
• Manage 24/7 shift coverage across global regions.
• Hold weekly 1:1s with analysts to drive focus and career growth.
• Develop training programs for Digital Forensics, Incident Response, Malware Analysis and Threat Hunting.
• Collaborate with Product to prioritize new capabilities and improvements.
• Ensure quality and SLA adherence for the regional SOC operations.
