Job summary

Provincial Security Services is expanding its Security Operations Centre team in Ireland. The SOC Operator will support national and international stakeholders, identify and investigate incidents, and make critical decisions to protect people, assets and operations.

Shifts are 12 hours, 3/4 per week, with 24/7 coverage in a dynamic, team-focused environment. You will work with a range of alarms, communications equipment and clients, coordinating responses and ensuring accurate event records.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to follow instruction.

Responsibilities

• Answer routine and emergency alarm calls.
• Monitor alarms and video equipment including fire, door and duress alarms.
• Dispatch security officers and emergency services as required.
• Maintain records of communications and events.
• Investigate and analyze incidents.
• Liaise between Security and stakeholders.
