Job summary

Huntress is a remote-first cybersecurity company seeking an entry-level role to act as an intermediary between partners/customers and our Security Operations Center (SOC). You will provide support for incident reports, escalations, and SIEM questions with clear, actionable guidance.

You’ll need strong written and verbal communication, calm under pressure, and a genuine interest in incident management and collaborative problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat for incident reports, escalations, and SIEM-related questions.
• Explain SOC concepts, log data, and product behavior in a clear, actionable way.
• Lead calls with partners for high-severity incidents, document decisions, and confirm next steps.
• Collaborate with Product Support, SOC, and other teams to clarify detection coverage and data gaps.
• Troubleshoot product issues and support other product-related requests as needed.
• Advocate for partner needs and provide feedback to internal teams.
• Address partner security concerns with timely responses.
• Contribute to knowledge base articles and runbooks to improve efficiency.
