Job summary

The role involves real-time travel visibility, incident assessment, and coordination with security teams to ensure duty of care for traveling populations.

The in-person CSOC role requires strong OSINT use, incident documentation, and cross-region collaboration in a fast-paced environment, with day shifts aligned to Irish time.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a security operations center, intelligence, emergency management, international relations, or related field.
• Ability to rapidly review large volumes of information and extract actionable details.
• Clear and concise written communication in fast-moving situations.
• Calm, focused, and detail-oriented under high tempo operations.
• Willingness to work a 24/7 rotational schedule and global follow-the-sun coverage.
• Familiarity with OSINT sources and standard productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor global travel activity using approved tracking platforms.
• Maintain real-time awareness of events impacting traveler safety and mobility.
• Evaluate incidents affecting dynamic traveler populations.
• Notify or escalate travelers as needed.
• Document alerts and notifications per procedures.
• Support executive travel movements with enhanced monitoring and coordination.
• Coordinate with security teams and CSOC partners during incidents.
• Provide location verification and context for incident response.
• Document travel monitoring activities clearly and promptly.
• Participate in shift handovers to ensure continuity of coverage.
• Escalate issues beyond defined procedures to leadership as required.
