Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Product Manager, Corporate Actions based in Ireland to own end-to-end lifecycle for post-trade operations. You will drive automation, manage data quality with vendors, and collaborate across engineering, operations, compliance and finance to deliver scalable solutions.

You will support international expansion and strengthen data governance across security master data, ledgers and downstream records in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Strong practical knowledge of brokerage corporate action processing including announcement sources, record dates, ex-dates and payout timing.
• Proven product management or technical program management in fintech, brokerage, or financial infrastructure.
• Understanding of clearing operations, ledgers, settlements, and books and records.
• Excellent collaboration with engineering, operations, compliance, tax, finance and legal teams.
• Comfortable working with financial data systems, vendor feeds, reconciliation workflows and data quality controls.
• Judgment balancing operational risk, regulatory obligations, feasibility, efficiency, timelines and budget.

Responsibilities

• Own the Corporate Actions product lifecycle and define the roadmap for announcement capture, entitlements, mandatory/voluntary actions, payouts and exception handling.
• Manage vendors and data quality; oversee data providers and improve validation workflows.
• Drive phased automation for mandatory actions and pre-reconciliation processes.
• Develop entitlement worksheets, dashboards and monitoring tools to track times, workloads and credits.
• Coordinate readiness for new international markets and additional event types.
• Collaborate with engineering to maintain data governance across security master data and ledgers.
• Translate business and regulatory needs into clear product requirements and deliver on deadlines.
• Expand ownership into broader post-trade infrastructure including clearing and multi-market readiness.
