Job summary

Salesforce in Ireland (Dublin) seeks a Quota Business Partner to support global capacity modelling, planning and quota setting. You will liaise with quota business partners, strategy, sales and many other teams across regions and time zones.

The role requires analytical rigor, experience with analytical tools, and the ability to drive cross-functional planning in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative, ownership-driven mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Senior Analyst or 5+ years as Manager in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, FP&A, or Finance.
• B.S. in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Math, Finance, Engineering)
• Experience in Excel/Sheet, PowerPoint/Slides, Database (SQL), Tableau, Anaplan and Salesforce.com
• Power user in Excel and Tableau with storytelling in PowerPoint/Google Slides
• Experience with sales coverage models, quota setting methodologies and sales territory alignment
• Ability to work across multiple time zones (SEA, North America, Europe) in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to a broad audience
• Analytical mindset, cross-functional collaboration, ownership on work delivered
• Knowledge of databases and systems analyst or consulting experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional groups across regions to analyze data sets, reports and dashboards and provide insights to leadership
• Develop and own concurrent data reporting and auditing projects and models for regional Sales Strategy stakeholders
• Collaborate with Global PMO to deliver annual planning program deliverables on time and with accuracy
• Create and maintain global dashboards and reports to drive quota partner operational rigor and efficiency
• Prepare audits and reviews of quota submissions and present findings to internal auditors and process owners
