Job summary

Leadout Capital seeks a Quota Business Partner to support capacity modelling, planning and quota setting for our global operating units. You will liaise with quota business partners, strategy, sales and other teams to scale processes and drive performance across regions.

You will join a global team that works across time zones, delivering analyses, dashboards and governance to improve planning accuracy and efficiency. This role requires strong analytical skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Sn Analyst; 5+ years for Manager in Sales Ops, Sales Strategy, FP&A or Finance.
• B.S. in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Math, Finance, Engineering).
• Experience with Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, SQL, Tableau, Anaplan and Salesforce.com.
• Proficiency in Excel and Tableau with storytelling in presentations.
• Knowledge of sales coverage models, quota setting methodologies and territory alignment.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze global data sets and provide insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and own reporting and auditing projects for regional Quota Business Partners.
• Support annual planning deliverables with accuracy and timeliness.
• Create and maintain dashboards to drive operational rigor and quota efficiency.
• Audit quota submissions and present findings to owners and stakeholders.
