Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Strategic Capacity Planning Specialist to design and maintain capacity planning models for key support or risk verticals, focusing on user experience, budget, utilization and speed of answer.

You will operate in a fast-paced environment with top talent, collaborating with vendors and stakeholders to forecast resource needs, integrate SQL data, and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 7+ years in capacity planning for medium to large orgs and workforce management (BPO).
• Strong SQL skills with data integration and automation; Tableau or similar tools for analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain capacity planning models to forecast resource requirements.
• Leverage forecasting techniques to analyze historical data and market trends for capacity planning.
• Evaluate risks and opportunities related to model inputs to inform planning decisions.
• Monitor performance against planned capacity levels and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with vendor delivery teams and stakeholders to align planning with business goals.
• Integrate data from multiple SQL databases to automate reporting for capacity planning.
• Communicate planning results and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Serve as a strategic partner in intake processes affecting resourcing.
• Analyze production or service delivery data to determine utilization rates and improvement areas.
