Job summary

n8n GmbH, the open workflow orchestration platform, is seeking a Senior Pricing Lead to turn pricing into a deliberate growth lever across community and Enterprise.

You will own models, packaging, and rollout, collaborating with Product, Sales, Finance, RevOps and Data to drive ARR in 100+ countries. This remote-first role offers equity, competitive pay, and an education budget as part of a strong benefits program.

Qualifications

• Must have 6+ years in pricing, monetisation, or commercial strategy with a major pricing model transition.
• Experience designing and rolling out consumption-based, outcome-based, or AI-native pricing at a high-ARR company.
• fluency in self-serve and Enterprise pricing motions including PLG and sales-led packaging.
• Strong financial modelling and understanding of unit economics, cost-to-serve, margin, and elasticity.

Responsibilities

• Build the analytical foundation tying unit economics, cost-to-serve, margin and willingness-to-pay.
• Shape and maintain pricing design and packaging for community, self-serve, and Enterprise tiers.
• Lead cross-functional pricing decisions and roll out major pricing changes end-to-end.
