Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Pricing Lead based in Ireland to shape pricing strategy for a fast-growing European payments business.

You will own pricing models, testing, and rollout across a high-transaction environment, interfacing with Finance, Sales, Operations, Tech, and Product to protect margins and drive growth. You will develop scalable pricing tools, monitor profitability across regions, and lead pricing initiatives for existing clients while enabling commercially sound decisions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in commercial pricing or strategic finance within a high-transaction business.
• Strong understanding of payments pricing, including card payments and interchange.
• Proven ability to lead and influence across senior stakeholders in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of pricing strategies and go-to-market approaches.
• Build relationships with Product, Sales, Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Technology to identify strategic pricing opportunities.
• Collaborate with Finance to reflect input costs and financial data in pricing models.
• Work with Sales to integrate market feedback into pricing tools and offers.
• Develop and manage pricing tools to enable efficient decision-making in the sales process.
