Job summary

NETGEAR in Cork, Ireland (Hybrid) seeks a senior HR leader to drive total rewards and AI-enabled transformation across global regions. You will design compensation programs, oversee equity and benefits, and partner with Finance and Legal to ensure compliant, competitive packages.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in total compensation design, salary structures, bonuses, equity and benefits.
• 10+ years HR experience with focus on people operations and compensation/benefits.
• Experience applying AI tools to HR processes, including automation and analytics.
• Strong knowledge of global employment law, GDPR, and EU Pay Transparency Directive.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and data-driven modelling for leadership decisions.
• Experience managing global benefits programs and vendor relationships across regions.
• Clear communication to translate complex compensation mechanics for managers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI transformation of People Operations and embed AI tools across the employee lifecycle.
• Oversee global HR operations including UKG administration, data integrity, and workflow automation.
• Develop and evolve global HR policies across jurisdictions while ensuring consistency.
• Build people analytics reporting to support data-driven decisions for HR leadership.
• Manage People team's technology stack and collaborate with IT/Data teams on integrations.
• Lead and develop a small global team across time zones.
