Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own development, organization, and execution of large, complex programs end-to-end, with roadmap ownership.
• Deliver tooling to reduce manual effort in people operations workflows.
• Partner with Engineering to shape system design and translate needs into clear requirements.
• Map end-to-end employee lifecycles to identify seams and automation opportunities.
• Drive AI-enabled improvements balancing efficiency with care and quality.
