Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Employment Law or related field.
• CIPD or equivalent HR accreditation required.
• Minimum five years of work experience including international HR Generalist exposure.
• Excellent knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries across multiple jurisdictions.
• Coordinate employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, changes, transfers and offboarding.
• Manage immigration, visa and work authorization coordination.
• Oversee international benefits programs and HR data maintenance.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance and Talent Acquisition to support HR processes and improvements.
