Salesforce, Inc. in Ireland seeks an Operations-focused Project Manager within the Employee Success - Global ES Operations team. You will lead and support Hire-to-Retire and Payroll-related projects, drive process improvements, and ensure policy compliance across regions.

You will handle complex Leave of Absence and Benefits cases, partner with global stakeholders, and build end-to-end SOPs. A strong PM background and HR operations experience in high-volume tech environments are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) required.
• Project Management experience is required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in human resources, including leave management experience and LOA administration & vendor management.
• Experience of benefits management across EMEA desirable.
• Prior experience in HR operations, shared services organization, or a centralized HR function preferred.
• Experience working in a high volume, fast-paced environment, preferably in a high growth technology company.
• A strong track record in implementation.

Mansioni

• Lead and support special projects and programs across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle, including BRDs, UAT, change management, and stakeholder communications.
• Identify and deliver operational and employee experience improvements using AI, automation, RPA, and data-driven insights.
• Contribute to post-project hypercare and stabilization plans for smooth transitions and adoption of new solutions.
• Train and enable People Services team members on new processes and tools to embed changes.
• Build consultative relationships with management and partners to align on process and policy impacts.
• Support development and maintenance of end-to-end SOPs and process maps across Benefits/LOA, Payroll, and Legal/Compliance.
• Deliver frontline support for Benefits, Compensation, Time Off, and Leave of Absence inquiries.
