Job summary

Jobgether in Ireland is seeking an Employee Experience Director to lead people and culture strategies across a fast-growing international fintech environment. You will shape the entire employee journey, from onboarding to development and retention, driving engagement, internal communications, and workplace operations across multiple countries.

You will partner with the CEO and CPO, manage global events and budgets, introduce AI-powered self-service tools, and build a high-performing global team.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in People and Culture, Employee Experience, Workplace Operations, or related field.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with multi-country workplace or large-scale events.
• Proven ability to design global employee experience programs and scalable initiatives.
• Experience managing intranets and internal communication platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a global employee experience strategy across multiple countries.
• Design and manage employee listening, surveys, and lifecycle programs.
• Translate feedback into actionable improvement plans with senior leaders.
• Oversee onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding processes.
• Lead recognition programs, cultural initiatives, and wellbeing activities.
• Manage global events calendar and cross-location experiences.
• Coordinate internal communications strategy and channels, including intranet and newsletters.
• Partner with CEO and CPO on leadership communications and change messaging.
• Oversee Workplace Operations across international offices and suppliers.
• Introduce AI-powered tools to streamline services and automate processes.
• Build and grow a high-performing global team.
