Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals seeks an International Payroll Analyst in Dublin. The role supports payroll across international countries in a hybrid work setting, delivering accurate, compliant payroll while collaborating with vendors, HR and Finance.

A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years payroll experience, including international payroll, are required. You'll work with systems such as Workday, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors or Papaya, and Excel to ensure PAYE Modernisation compliance and timely payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years payroll experience, including 1–2 years in international payroll.
• Strong Irish legislation and statutory-reporting knowledge (PAYE Modernisation).
• Experience with payroll software such as Workday, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors or Papaya.
• Advanced Excel: VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, pivot tables and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, validate and reconcile Irish and international payroll inputs and outputs.
• Manage end-to-end vendor cycles: submission, variance review, approval and funding.
• Ensure statutory compliance, including Irish Pay As You Earn, Pay Related Social Insurance, Universal Social Charge and Revenue reporting.
• Process starters, leavers, benefits, allowances, bonuses and equity events.
• Reconcile payroll to the general ledger monthly, supporting audits and year-end filings.
• Support mobile employees through tax equalisation and shadow payroll.
• Assess legislative impacts, resolve employee queries and document processes for automation and efficiency.
