Job summary

Regeneron Ireland is seeking an International Payroll Associate Manager to lead multi-country payroll in a hybrid Dublin setting. You will supervise analysts, ensure compliant, timely payroll delivery, and collaborate with HR, Finance and Tax across regions.

The role requires 2+ years in international payroll, a bachelor’s degree, and strong cross-functional communication. Experience with Workday/ADP/SAP SuccessFactors and Irish payroll rules is preferred, with payroll qualifications such as

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll experience, including multi-country or international payroll.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Irish payroll legislation: PAYE, PRSI, USC, and Revenue reporting.
• Experience with payroll vendors/bureaus and HRIS (e.g., Workday, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors).
• Advanced Excel skills: XLOOKUP, pivot tables, reconciliations.
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.
• Payroll qualifications such as CIPP Ireland Certificate/Diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise analysts through allocation, coaching, onboarding and performance feedback.
• Oversee international payroll from submission to funding and variance review.
• Manage vendor SLAs, issues and escalations, including complex cases.
• Maintain statutory compliance and audit-ready controls across regions.
• Review payroll-to-general-ledger reconciliations with Finance and support audits.
• Coordinate tax equalisation and shadow payroll with external advisers; support Irish reporting.
