Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking an International Payroll Associate Manager in Dublin (Hybrid) to lead multi-country payroll operations and ensure compliant, timely delivery while collaborating with HR, Finance and Tax.

You'll supervise analysts, manage SLAs with providers, maintain compliance, oversee reconciliations with Finance, coordinate tax equalisation and shadow payroll, and contribute to process improvements and system implementations.

Qualifications

• Payroll experience including multi-country or international payroll.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Irish payroll legislation and reporting.
• Experience with payroll vendors and HRIS systems.
• Controls-environment and audit-support experience.
• Advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP, Pivot tables, reconciliations).
• Strong cross-functional communication and confidentiality.
• Payroll certification (CIPP) preferred.
• Shadow payroll, expatriate tax or share-plan experience preferred.
• SOX controls exposure and payroll system implementations preferred.
• Additional European language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise analysts through allocation, coaching, onboarding, development plans and performance feedback.
• Oversee international payroll from submission through funding, including variance review.
• Manage provider SLAs, issues and escalations, including complex cases and queries.
• Maintain statutory compliance, legislative monitoring, documented controls and audit evidence.
• Review payroll-to-general-ledger reconciliations with Finance for audits and year-end filings.
• Coordinate tax equalisation and shadow payroll with external advisers; manage Irish reporting with Stock Administration.
• Document and standardise processes; identify automation opportunities; contribute to system/vendor implementations.
• Approach payroll work with confidentiality, collaboration and integrity.
