Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Dublin is seeking an International Payroll Associate Manager to lead our multi-country payroll operations in a hybrid setup.

You will supervise analysts, ensure accurate payroll delivery, and coordinate with HR, Finance and Tax to maintain compliance and timely filings. The role requires 2+ years in international payroll, a bachelor’s degree, and strong knowledge of Irish payroll legislation along with experience in payroll systems such as Workday, ADP or SAP

Qualifications

• 2+ years in multi-country/international payroll.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Supervisory/mentoring or team-lead experience; line management preferred.
• Knowledge of Irish payroll legislation (PAYE/PRSI/USC) and Revenue reporting.
• Experience with payroll vendors and HRIS systems (Workday/ADP/SAP SuccessFactors).
• Strong Excel skills (XLOOKUP, pivots, reconciliations).
• Clear cross-time-zone communication and stakeholder management.
• Preferred payroll qualifications (CIPP Ireland) or diploma.

Responsibilities

• Supervise analysts through allocation, coaching and performance feedback.
• Oversee international payroll from submission to funding and variance review.
• Manage vendor SLAs, issues and escalations with payroll providers.
• Maintain compliance, controls, and audit evidence for payroll processes.
• Review payroll reconciliation with Finance and support audits and year-end filings.
• Coordinate tax equalisation and shadow payroll with advisers; Irish reporting.
• Document processes and drive automation and system/vendor improvements.
