Job summary

The position focuses on ownership of the payroll process, reporting to senior management, and developing payroll practices as the business grows. Remote/Blended working is available.

Qualifications

• Experience leading payroll teams in a high-volume Irish payroll environment.
• Strong knowledge of Irish payroll legislation, PAYE/PRSI/USC and statutory regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of three payroll professionals.
• Own the end-to-end fortnightly payroll process.
• Ensure payroll compliance and accurate processing within deadlines.
• Produce payroll reports and analysis for senior management.
• Manage payroll queries with quick and professional resolution.
