Rippling in Dublin is seeking a Sales Manager for the Global Payroll team. You will lead and develop a team of Account Executives responsible for Global Products (EOR, Global Payroll, Global Payroll Contractors) in a fast-growing organization.

Your leadership will define the playbook, coach high‑performing sellers, and drive scalable growth across regions. You will build operational rigor, forecast pipelines, and partner with marketing, revenue operations, and implementation to accelerate

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in tech sales
• Top performer with a proven track record as a manager and individual contributor
• Ability to forecast team performance and give concrete feedback
• Strong work ethic and a desire to learn

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and scale a team of Global Account Executives
• Build the Global AE playbook and best practices for growth and regional expansion
• Support your team through strategic sales cycles by mapping customer needs to Rippling value
• Monitor activity, pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals to ensure quota attainment
• Report on team and individual results via pipeline management and forecasting
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and ramp-up of new team members
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate cross-functionally with AE teams, Account Managers, marketing, revenue operations and implementation
